Network Associates Inc.
Founded as McAfee Associates in 1989, Network
Associates, Inc. was created by the merger of McAfee Associates and Network General
in December of 1997. The company had revenues of $745.7 million as of fiscal year
end 2000, and over 3,200 employees worldwide.
Network Associates (NAI), formerly McAfee
Associates, formed a Professional Services division to provide installation and
consulting services for their help desk products, based in Dallas, Texas.
Since the development of the original help desk product in 1992, Cedar Technology
has been engaged to provide expertise whenever a difficult installation or customization
problem was encountered.
As a sub-contractor to NAI, Cedar Technology Associates
has provided services for countless companies in the USA and Europe including:

Various additional installations and upgrades.

Troubleshooting exercises to find elusive
bugs in the original code.

Authoring of some parts of the software that
had been requested as standard additions by various major customers.
Cedar Technology Associates provides on-going
software and system trouble shooting so that NAI can maintain high standards of
customer service and support.
