“I have known Ian Abercrombie for a little over seven years. He and I met at a new business owners meeting in Duluth, Georgia. Like most attorneys who have been in law for more than 20 years, I had very little knowledge of computers beyond word-processing. I had read enough to be aware of the capabilities of computers and asked Ian a few questions. His patience in answering my questions was amazing. Ian and I established a business relationship immediately. Since then, I have relied on Ian completely for his advice, know-how and expertise. Ian advised me on the purchase of my computers several years ago and he installed my network which not only allows my office to be linked, but I can connect to my office from my home. I also know how to program my network so that I can connect from any other location. After Ian moved to Florida, I hired various people with various alleged degrees of expertise but never received the satisfaction with the work done that Ian provided. On more than one occasion, I have called Ian in Florida and he has talked me through some of the problems.
