Located in Frazer, Pennsylvania, Decision One is the largest independent provider of computer technology support services in North America and employs over 5,000 professionals at more than 150 locations throughout the United States and Canada. In 2000 they reached $528 million in revenues with assets of $400 million.

Decision One is a long term customer and some of the completed Cedar Technology projects include:

• Upgrading to the current version of McAfee Help Desk with some customization work to support the facilities that their customers had become accustomed to.

• Creating several pieces of custom software to complement the McAfee system.

• Providing the special requirements without cutting off the upgrade path by altering the source code.

• Providing data migration, report generation and custom software in addition to support services for the day-to-day management of the system.

• Various additional installations and upgrades.
