“Whenever Ian was scheduled to come to the Administrative
Office of the U.S. Courts to help us with the McAfee product, there developed an
atmosphere of profound relief that our difficulties would be resolved-the magic
worker was coming. Even the most hard core do-it-yourselfers would anticipate Ian's
arrival to pick his brain for knowledge and skills that only he seemed to possess.
Until he enlightened us to all the inner workings of the McAfee product, whenever
a problem would arise, our first reaction was get Ian to help. Ian was invaluable
in ensuring the successful implementation and effective use of the McAfee Helpdesk
that we are using to good effect in the Administrative Office and soon to be used
throughout the Federal Judiciary. Administrative Office of the US Courts. |
